Men often find it difficult to express their feelings to themselves or others. My therapy sessions are a place for men to feel comfortable, heal from past wounds, and move ahead in life with more positivity, self-esteem, and purpose.

One of my approaches to psychotherapy is through traditional methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT, which is an evidence based mental health treatment and has been proven effective in the treatment of stress related disorders. I also incorporate a variety of tools from solution focused, Gestalt, client-centered, and mindfulness, which allows most clients to achieve their goals quickly.
Every aspect of your life affects your mental state, emotional state, and well-being. Something as simple as an imbalance in health, diet, rest, or activities may be at the root of your problem. Upon careful examination of your situation, we may then recommend incorporating changes in sleep, exercise, diet, medication, or lifestyle.
Most life coaching clients are healthy, successful people who might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want the support of their own personal coach to do so. As your life coach, we will examine your goals, strengths, and areas of past success, and then devise an overall plan and break it down into small achievable steps.
