One of our approaches to psychotherapy is through traditional methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, or CBT, which is an evidence based mental health treatment and has been proven effective in the treatment of stress related disorders. I also incorporate a variety of tools from solution focused, Gestalt, client-centered, and mindfulness, which allows most clients to achieve their goals quickly.

Upon careful examination of your situation, we may then recommend incorporating changes in sleep, exercise, diet, medication, or lifestyle.
